Dana White destroys the Paul vs. Danis PPV sales report: "They're lying motherf*ckers"

Dana White doesn't mince words, when he sees something he doesn't like, he just says so. On this occasion, the president of UFC tore down Misfits Boxing and DAZN for the pay-per-view (PPV) numbers they gave for the fight between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis.

According to the DAZN streaming service, the Prime Card, which featured the fight between KSI and Tomy Fury, with Paul and Danis in the co-feature, had 1.3 million PPV purchases.

However, press reports claim the real figure was closer to 100,000 PPV purchases.

In his very peculiar style, Dana White made it clear which side he was on. "I haven't heard about anybody selling a lot of pay-per-views lately," he claimed.

"Let me tell you this, let me tell you how hard it is to sell 1.3 million pay-per-view buys. If you did sell 1.3, if you sold f*king 700k pay-per-view buys they'd be putting with 10 fights per year," said the UFC boss.

White calls Misfits and DAZN liars

And White did not stop there. He assured that both the promoter and the organizers were blatantly lying. "When you hear that kind of numbers fly around in the pay-per-view world, they're lying motherf*ckers, don't ever believe that sh*t," he emphasized.

"Do you know how much f*cking money that is? If they went in and cut a deal and did 1.3 million pay-per-view buys. If you come out and say you did 1.3 million pay-per-view buys on your event, you're lying through your f*cking teeth," said the controversial UFC president.

For his part, KSI manager and president of Misfits Boxing, Mams Taylor, said at the time that at least 15 million people had pirated the Prime Card stream.

White vs. the "influencer boxing"

Dana made it clear that he is not a fan of the so-called "influencer boxing," which he called a horrible spectacle. "It's much cheaper and a much better experience" to see just the highlights of those features, he said.

He stressed that "Anybody who's been on any of these f*cking horrible boxing shows, and I like Logan (Paul) and some of these guys that are involved in this sh*t."

"The production sucks. The f*cking fights end up sucking. It's sh*tty boxing, is what it is," White said. "I'm not trying to (put them down). I don't care what these guys do. These are just facts," White claimed.
