Trampolines aren't just for kids anymore, they're one of Longoria's favorite ways to get moving. However, the kind of trampoline Longoria uses isn't one of those large ones in your backyard. She tells Women's Health that she has a JumpSport trampoline, and even takes classes on it. "Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees. Plus, it's so good for lymphatic drainage."

A big part of Longoria's workout routine is weight and strength training, and she's not afraid to lift the big ones. "I do very heavy weights," she says. "I feel like my body changes the most when I do that—I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl." Longoria also says that she likes to take kettlebell classes.

With Longoria's busy schedule, it means she has to do a lot of traveling and a lot of flying. However, she tells Women's Health that she doesn't get jet lagged, she will do some type of exercise right after getting off the plane. "If I have to wake up early and take a flight, when I land, I'll go for a walk because I didn't get to work out," she says. "Even if it's just stretching, I need to do something."

In addition to being an actress, Longoria is known for her cooking, and is even a restaurateur. She tells Women's Health that she loves to cook all three meals for her family. "I cook them breakfast, lunch, and dinner," she says. "It's therapeutic for me."

Longoria revealed to Women's Health that she has made some slight changes to her diet to try to be healthier. "I've been dabbling with more plant-based ingredients," she says. "I grew up on a ranch where we ate what was on the land—when it was squash season, we ate squash for three months. It gave me such an appreciation for where food comes from: It comes from the ground. Beans are a big source of protein for us. I love making portobello tacos, jackfruit tacos, and cauliflower fried rice."

As if Longoria couldn't be more perfect, she admits to Women's Health that she actually likes eating healthy foods and hates junk food. "Olives, pretzels, popcorn, potato chips—that's my jam. I don't like sweets or chocolate, and people hate me for it. Bread too—I hate bread. I'm never tempted by the bread basket."
